Which currency do you use on your site?
All prices on our website are clearly displayed during checkout. You can see the total amount before completing your purchase.

What does “Final Sale” mean?
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These are typically promotional items or specially discounted products.

I have an item in my order that is on pre-order. When will my whole order ship?
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available. You will receive a notification when it is on the way.

Why can’t I combine a pre-order item with other items in my cart?
To ensure you receive your in-stock items sooner, the system may require separate orders. Pre-order items have different processing timelines.

How fast will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within a standard business window. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

Why am I being charged sales tax?
We follow local tax regulations. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination.

What countries do you deliver to?

How do I know what duties and taxes are for my international shipment?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. These are not included in our checkout total unless specified.

My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please first check with neighbors or around your property. Then, contact our support team through your account dashboard or the contact form on our website. We will help you start a trace with the carrier.

Warranty, Repairs & Product Care

What is your warranty policy?
Our products are crafted to last. We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please contact us through our website. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Can you repair monograms or personalized items?
Personalized items with monograms cannot be repaired to remove the monogram. However, other types of repairs may be possible. Please inquire for specific cases.

My bag has some variations in the leather. Is this normal?
Yes. Natural leather will show variations in grain, color, and texture. These are not defects but characteristics of high-quality, authentic leather.

What products can be personalized?
Select bags and accessories are eligible for personalization, such as monogramming. The option will be shown on the product page.

How long does personalization take?
Personalization adds extra processing time to your order. You will see the estimated timeline during checkout.

Is there anything I should do before using my new bag?
We recommend applying a leather protector suitable for the finish of your bag. Always test on a small hidden area first.

How should I care for my leather items?
Keep leather away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Clean with a soft dry cloth and use a leather conditioner occasionally. Do not use harsh chemicals.

Will my bag show scratching?
Some leathers may develop a natural patina or small scratches over time. These can often be buffed gently with a soft cloth. This adds character to the leather.

How should I store my items when not in use?
Store your bag in the provided dust bag, stuffed with tissue paper to help retain its shape. Avoid hanging heavy bags by their straps for long periods.

Gift Cards

How do I order a gift card?
Gift cards are available for purchase directly on our website. You can choose the design and send it electronically to the recipient.

Can I use my gift card for any purchase?
Yes, gift cards can be used toward any product on our website, including sale items. They are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

I made a purchase using a gift card – how am I refunded if I return the purchase?
Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to the original gift card first. Any remaining balance beyond the gift card amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.

How do I participate in your donation or closet clean-out program?
